Also on offer are the exceptional Panizzi cheeses, with unique qualities, the DOP Fontina from the mountain pastures, the most famous product of the Aosta Valley, polenta made with Pavese flours from Morgex, a historic and prized variety of corn grown in the fields of the Aosta Valley at the foot of Mont Blanc, regional wines, and much more.
